Price Match Guarantee
Our holiday price match policy is now in effect for the 2021 season. With the uncertainty of shipping times this year, don't risk delayed shipments — order now and you're covered!
The match policy is simple:
If a lower price on any Pet Junkie brand products becomes available between now and December 31, 2021, you'll be eligible for a partial refund on your order.
How to request a partial refund
If a product you purchased becomes available at a lower price, just follow these steps:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order #. If the sale price is not on petjunkie.com, let us know where the sale is taking place. (See “What's covered and what's not covered?” below.)
- We'll issue a refund for the difference. This usually takes about 2-5 business days.

What's covered and what's not covered?
- Only orders placed on petjunkie.com are eligible for this policy.
- Any sale price listed on petjunkie.com or one of our official marketplace accounts is eligible to be matched. This includes our Amazon, eBay, and Walmart stores.
- Prices from other vendors, other vendors' marketplace accounts, or Amazon Warehouse are not eligible for matching. These products may be counterfeit, used, or re-boxed. Only products sold by our official marketplace accounts are eligible. Note: Any sale price available on our official marketplace accounts will also be available on petjunkie.com — signup for our newsletter and you won't miss a sale.
- Coupon codes and other discounts granted for specific actions or to individual customers are not eligible for matching. This includes discounts for newsletter signup and similar promotions. Only general sale prices are eligible for matching.
