Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Apparel must have any tags still attached. Returned items that are in used condition will not be refunded. These items are not resellable as they run the risk of spreading disease amongst our furry friends!

Gift cards are not returnable. 

Open box items are not returnable. Discontinued items that are placed on sale are not returnable.

Refund Process (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund (if applicable) less any shipping charges. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, which typically takes 5-7 business days. PayPal refunds can take longer to process than other refunds.

Exchange Process (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email at with details prior to returning any items. In other cases, please initiate a return for your current item and place a separate order for your new item.

Apparel item exchanges: Please initiate a return of the original item, then place a new order for the size you would like.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping and Initiating a Return

To return your product, mail your item in the original packaging to the address below. 

Please notify us of your return by emailing your tracking information to after shipping. Include your order number (preferred) or the email address you used when purchasing. After receiving this notification we will open a return in our system, and process your return when received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In cases where you are provided a return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
